On Free, you sync to one model provider; Pro syncs across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Example: start a draft with GPT-4o, hand it off to Claude for editing — Portable picks up the thread with the same context loaded.
What does Portable do with my data?
Your context profile is yours — Portable never sells it and never uses it to train third-party models. No personally identifiable context data is sent to model providers when syncing or generating copy. All context is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and you can export or delete it anytime from account settings.

How much work is it to switch from my current tools?
There's nothing to rip out — Free stores context locally and supports importing existing conversation history, so you can try Portable alongside whatever you already use. When you're ready to consolidate, your projects, preferences, and history move with you without re-prompting. Most users run Portable in parallel for a week before fully switching.
What happens to my context profile if I cancel?
Your context profile is exportable to JSON on Free and Pro plans — you can take it with you to any other tool or workflow. If you close your account, Portable deletes your personal information within 30 days, except for what we're required to retain for legal or compliance purposes. Until deletion, your data stays encrypted and inaccessible to other customers.
